A Little About Us
How we got started
The founders of Monarch Premium Services got started in the industry over 25 years ago. They took care of the Labor and Support side of Kitchen/Bathroom remodeling along with Flooring installation/refinishing, Painting and Water and Fire damage Restoration for many of the “BIG BOX’ companies in the area.
For many years, the “BIG BOX” companies did 100% of the marketing, to include, Television, Radio and internet advertising. The founders of Monarch Premium Services were totally responsible for bringing the project to life.
Question: Have you ever heard of someone paying an outrageous amount for home improvements or repairs…and after they paid for the service, they found it difficult to get someone from said company to follow up to questions or concerns about their home improvement project?
Answer: The most common cause for this is as follows. Many times the “BIG BOX” companies will sell your service or contract to someone else, at a substantially lower rate, to actually perform the actual project services. This is a common practice and is practiced by may “BIG BOX” companies, but, the problem comes when the “BIG BOX” company not only contracts the work out to a third party vendor, but they feel the it’s ok NOT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the outcome of the project.
Solution: Monarch Premium Services has changed their model and now have developed processes to conduct business directly with the homeowner / business owner. This allows us to provide a positive experience along with exceptional service to the homeowner / business owners EACH and EVERY TIME.
OUR APPROACH: When it comes to home remodeling, maintenance or repair, it’s all about the details, and we’re obsessed with them. Why? Because we’d rather do things RIGHT, rather than right now. It takes time to do things properly and yes we strive for efficiency, but refuse to compromise quality for speed. Our method is prioritized as follows:
